Privacy policy

Effective 28 October 2026 (updated to describe website analytics and where application data is covered). This policy covers ssabi.com, the Ssabi marketing website. Personal data that customers put into the Ssabi application is processed on their behalf, as described on our Data protection page.

What we collect

If you request a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, company name, the option you select about what you want to fix, and anything you write in the message field. Browsing the site itself requires no account and no personal information.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to reply to you and set up your demo. We do not add you to mailing lists, we do not sell or share your details with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use the form contents for anything other than the conversation you started.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses two analytics tools to understand how people find and use it. Minilytics, which Ssabi runs on its own Cloudflare account, sets two first-party cookies: ml_vid, a random visitor identifier kept for up to one year, and ml_sid, a session identifier that expires after 30 minutes without activity. It records the pages you view, the site or campaign that referred you, your approximate location (country, region and city, derived from your connection without storing your IP address), your browser and device type, and clicks on key buttons. It does not record what you type into forms. Ahrefs Web Analytics counts visits without setting cookies. We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share this data with advertisers.

To opt out of Minilytics, block cookies for ssabi.com in your browser, or open any page of this website with ?ml_ignore=true added to the address. Fonts are served by Google Fonts and icons from a public content delivery network; those requests are subject to the respective providers' policies.

Where it lives and how long

Demo requests are stored with our hosting and email providers and are accessible only to the people who handle demo scheduling. If a demo doesn't lead to a working relationship, we delete the request within 12 months. If it does, the information becomes part of our ordinary customer records.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@ssabi.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top.
